In a word

You will undertake compliance monitoring reviews of B&CE’s pension and insurance products to ensure they are being operated in accordance with the applicable law, regulation and best practice. To also identify improvements to compliance monitoring based on emerging risks, regulatory changes or common issues whilst providing technical support for the team and the wider business.

Practically speaking

Reporting to the Head of Regulatory and Product Assurance you’ll be responsible for:

  • Identify improvements to compliance monitoring based on emerging risks and regulatory changes
  • Compliance monitoring reviews of B&CE’s pension and insurance products
  • Produce in depth written reports on compliance findings and recommendations
  • Assist in the oversight and management of any breaches of law and regulations

  • Demonstratable experience in a pensions or financial services organisation working in a compliance role or similar role
  • An understanding of GDPR regulations, knowledge of Anti Money Laundering rules
  • Working knowledge of regulatory requirements of the FCA, PRA and TPR
  • A recognised Compliance qualification or similar
