As a CRM/BI Manager you’ll be taking the lead to identify both CRM and BI needs, ensuring data is collated and interpreted to meet these needs. Working on projects to advance the functions of both CRM and BI, in line with our corporate strategy.
You’ll be a key part in engaging directly with stakeholders, identifying the most effective solutions to aid decision making capabilities and to attain companywide targets for organic growth and operational efficiency.
