In a word

To document all operational processes and support the business need for up to date, clear and easy to follow procedures

Practically speaking

Reporting to the Process and Technical Support Manager, you’ll be responsible for;

  • Creation of process maps and manuals for all operational business areas.
  • To make recommendations for continuous business improvement using evidence obtained from the business and process methodology.
  • To ensure all operational processes are customer centric and achieve B&CE customer service standards.
  • Responsible for process change mapping in relation to ongoing projects and continuous improvement.
  • To develop relationships with all operational business areas and other support functions.

You’ll have a can-do attitude and work well both independently and as part of a team and be aligned with our

  • Previous experience of process analysis or financial services
  • GCSE or equivalent
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • PC Literate
  • A minimum of two qualifications with PMI, CII, Lean six sigma or Prince2/Agile (to be achieved within probation)
  • Experience of writing training or process manuals
