In a word

Your role will oversee the team in delivering excellent customer service and technical support, tailored to the needs of the customer throughout the life of their relationship with B&CE.  You will lead and manage staff in line with company policies and procedures, including training and delevopment, 1 to 1’s, performance appraisals and disciplinary and grievance issues.

Practically speaking

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you’ll be responsible for:

  • Lead and manage staff in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the recording and analysis of team productivity and quality statistics.
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching and technical support to team members.
  • 1 to 1’s, performance appraisals and disciplinary & grievance issues.

  • Experience working in an operational customer services environment
  • Knowledge of pension legislation (particularly auto enrolment)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines within tight timelines
  • Certificate in Financial Administration (CF1 and FA2)
