Your role as a Trainee CRM Analyst will be providing 1st line CRM support by troubleshooting and reporting issues in an efficient and timely manner whilst making a positive contribution to the team ensuring overall team goals are achieved. This will include technical assistance to CRM users across the business, conduct training, developing training materials and supporting the business, recognising areas for improvement and promoting these ideas.
