The annual holiday entitlement is 25 days plus 8 public holidays. Additional days are given for continuous service:
You will be automatically enrolled into The People’s Pension. You will be enrolled at 5% employee contribution and 10% B&CE contribution. We also offer matched contribution rates at 6% employee and 12% B&CE, or 7% employee and 14% B&CE. Employees also benefit from a 0% annual management charge (AMC).

We are continually looking to improve our family friendly approach. Here’s a summary of what we offer.
If you’ve been with us for more than 18 months, you’ll get enhanced maternity / adoption pay. This means full basic salary will be paid for the first 12 weeks of leave.
And if you don’t qualify for this, you’ll still be eligible for statutory maternity / adoption pay or maternity allowance.
Enhanced paternity / paternity adoption pay is offered once you have completed 6 months service and meet the qualifying criteria. You’ll get 5 days full pay in the first week of leave and statutory pay for the second week of leave.
Expecting parents can share parental leave if you’ve worked with us for more than 6 months and meet the qualifying criteria. This allows parents to share up to 52 weeks of leave.
You can take time off to deal with emergencies at home or relating to your dependants.
We offer parental leave for employees who’ve been with us for more than a year. This allows parents to share up to 18 weeks leave to care for their child.
