This joint report concludes 6 months of evidence-gathering from a range of stakeholders: clinicians, academics, occupational health professionals, construction federations and unions, campaigners and others.

According to the Health and Safety Executive, ‘silica is the biggest risk to construction workers after asbestos’1 with around 600,000 workers exposed to silica in the UK.
