For kids

For just an extra 15p per employee, per week, you can choose to provide children’s cover for those employees with dependent children. Or, you can choose to select cover for your whole workforce at a discounted premium of 7p per employee, per week.

Children will receive cover on the same plan level you choose for all your staff. If your employees choose to upgrade their level of cover, their children’s cover will be automatically upgraded too, at no extra cost.

Children’s pre-existing medical conditions are covered and employees can start to claim for their children as soon as their own cover starts. Alternatively, employees can purchase children’s cover on a voluntary basis by paying an additional premium by voluntary payroll deduction or individual direct debit.

DoctorLineTM incorporating Health Club Concession

Available for just 15p per employee, per week, DoctorLineTM gives your employees unlimited and convenient telephone access to a team of qualified practicing GPs, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from anywhere in the world. Webcam consultations are available too. And with the health club concession, your employees have access to concessionary deals at a national network of health and fitness clubs.

Available on a corporate paid basis only, the DoctorLineTM module must be purchased for all employees covered on the Foresight Health Plan.

Provides indispensable practical help and guidance for businesses in one easily understood business package, providing instant access, 24 hours a day, to expert interactive online information and telephone support on a range of legal issues concerning employment, health and safety, property, debts and much more.

HR Helpline

Designed to support those in your business involved in People Management, the HR Helpline provides 24 hours a day telephone access to free and confidential advice and support on workplace issues from a team of qualified counsellors, medical advisors and lawyers.

Company Health Report

Derived from the employee online Personal Health Risk Assessment, the Company Health Report presents results aggregated for all your employees, along with participation rates. This service will allow you to gain a better understanding of your workforce’s overall health and wellbeing, and will enable you to take preventative action by targeting those areas of the biggest concern.

Hospital Treatment Insurance

This unique health insurance product makes private surgery and medical treatment more affordable and accessible. HTI can ensure your employees get treated sooner and are back to work quickly.

The cover can be set up to suit your business needs:

  • two levels of corporate paid cover and four underwriting options
  • one price to pay for all employees (prices aren’t age related) and premiums won’t increase with claims
  • no medical required and no excess to pay

  • up to three operations, per employee in any consecutive 12 month period
  • choice of hospital – private and NHS
  • option to cover different groups of employees on different levels
  • affordable – cover available from £5.37 per employee, per month.
