Our phone lines are currently unavailable
We’re continuously monitoring the situation caused by the coronavirus outbreak, with the health and wellbeing of our employees being of critical importance.
We’ve therefore taken the step of temporarily closing our contact centre. We are, however, maintaining a very limited phone service for a few hours each weekday – this service is only for members who want to access their pension savings, but who have no internet access and so are unable to email us or to find what they need on our website. It’s important that we’re able to support our more vulnerable customers.
Please rest assured that we are still operating and processing priority services as usual. We hope to return to our normal standards within our contact centre as soon as possible. We’re sorry for any inconvenience.
